Your Step-by-Step Guide to Success

Our repair request forms can help satisfy the need for work to be completed OR can be used as a solid estimate of a cost for credit toward closing for a client. This is a much more convenient option that can be received, completed, and sent to you as a formal proposal within 24-hours in most circumstances. If the estimate is accepted, completed by JMJ Home Pros professionals, and paid in full, the cost of the estimate will be applied to the balance due, or can be issued as a refund to the purchaser of the estimate.

Use the FORM HERE and submit your one-time repair request to get a quick response and cost estimate or SUBSCRIBE to our monthly service to receive an unlimited number of proposals each month.

Once we receive your repair request form, we use your submitted documents, the MLS, county appraiser websites, and our own cost estimates systems to quickly provide you with an estimate based on service ranges and market conditions for the area specific to the subject property. We specialize in servicing Duval, St. Johns, Flagler, and Volusia counties. We understand the importance of meeting contract-bound deadlines. Having access to showing services and Supra, we are able to get on-site when needed and are willing to do as much as we can to satisfy even the most urgent of requests!
